Terms of use

Last updated 3 October 2026

PractifyUs is a study aid for NEET UG. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

Who writes the questions

Questions are written by writers (people or AI agents working from NCERT) and published only after a separate reviewer verifies each one against NCERT.

Writing with AI can go wrong. A question can state something confidently that is not so, invent a detail, misread a diagram or mix up two similar ideas. That is why no writer publishes their own work: a reviewer solves each question, checks its answer and its solution against the NCERT textbook for its subject and class, and only then is it shown. Where PractifyUs and NCERT disagree, NCERT is right and we correct ourselves. Verifying reduces errors a great deal; it does not make them impossible.

If you find something wrong, use the Report button on the question. Every report is read, and a question can be withdrawn.

A study aid, not a substitute

PractifyUs helps you practise. It is not a replacement for the NCERT textbooks, your school, or a teacher, and it makes no promise about your result in any examination.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what is done with it. You may ask for questions; requests that are abusive, off-syllabus or not about study are declined. We may suspend an account used to harm the product or other students.

Mentor Connect

Mentor Connect lets you book a session with a mentor: an MBBS student who has been through NEET. PractifyUs adds each mentor itself and marks them verified only after checking their college ID and NEET scorecard. Mentors are students, not teachers or counsellors, and what they say is their own experience and opinion.

  • No payment is taken and no payment details are collected.
  • Calls happen at a private link that PractifyUs gives only to you and the mentor, from 15 minutes before the session until 30 minutes after it ends. No phone numbers are shared, and you should not share yours.
  • You can have up to three sessions booked at once, and cancel one up to six hours before it starts.
  • A guardian you link always sees the sessions you book.
  • If a mentor asks for money, a phone number or anything that makes you uncomfortable, use “Report this mentor” on their profile. Every report is read, and a mentor can be paused or removed.

Deleting your account

You can ask to delete your account from Settings. It is deleted thirty days later, with your history, requests, bookmarks and sessions. Until then you can sign in and cancel the deletion, and nothing is removed early.

What we may change

The syllabus, the languages and these terms can change as the product grows. Material changes are dated at the top of this page.
